Privacy Policy

Last updated October 17, 2026. Plain language, no legalese — this page explains exactly what we collect when you use this site, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

What We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. There's no account system and no purchase flow on this site — just two places that ask for information:

We also collect limited, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used — see "Analytics & Cookies" below.

How Form Submissions Are Handled — Formspree

Both forms on this site are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service. When you submit either form, its contents are sent directly to Formspree's servers and forwarded by email to Andy. We don't run our own database or server for this — Formspree is the only third party that ever sees the actual text you type into a form.

Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Analytics (GA4), delivered through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages get visited and whether things like the phone number, contact form, or Grade Risk tool are actually being used. This helps us improve the site — it does not identify you personally.

What analytics never includes: the actual name, email, phone number, or message text you type into any form. Our tracking only records that an action happened (e.g., "the contact form was submitted" or "the phone number was tapped") — never the content of what you submitted.

Your choice: the first time you visit, a small banner asks whether you're okay with analytics cookies. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies and records page views and the actions described above. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and we do not receive or build a profile of your visit. Be aware, though, that our Google tag still loads, so as with any website that uses Google services, Google's servers can still receive a limited, cookie-free signal: your IP address and browser details (which any web request includes), the page you're on, and that a page view or action occurred. Google uses Consent Mode to treat that signal as unconsented — it is not linked to analytics cookies — but it is not fully anonymous, and we can't promise it never leaves your device.

Changing your mind: use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page to reopen the choice at any time. Choosing Decline there switches analytics cookies off again and removes the Google Analytics cookies this site already set in your browser. Your choice is stored only in your browser (as a small setting called rc_consent) and is never sent to us.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies of any kind.

How We Use Your Information

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, ever.

Data Retention

Form submissions live in Andy's inbox and Formspree's dashboard for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, and are deleted on request (see "Your Rights" below). Aggregate, non-identifying analytics data is retained in Google Analytics per Google's standard retention settings.

Sharing With Third Parties

We never sell or share your information for anyone else's marketing purposes.
