The use of Ria does not guarantee compliance or successful health inspections. Users are solely responsible for their business operations and regulatory compliance.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users agree to use Ria in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Users must ensure all information provided to the app is accurate.

• Users acknowledge that Ria is for educational purposes only and does not replace direct consultation with health authorities.

4. Subscription & Payments

Ria offers subscription plans for different levels of access. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription details and changes can be managed through the app.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these ToS, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the app.

6. Updates & Modifications
